DAY 1 VANCOUVER
Arrive in Vancouver for an overnight stay.

DAY 2 VANCOUVER TO KAMLOOPS
Transfer (included) to Pacific Central Station to board the Rocky Mountaineer. Wind your way through the Coastal Mountains and follow the Fraser River as it passes through Hell’s Gate, before it meets with the Thompson River. Arrive in Kamloops for an overnight stay. Optional evening at Two River Junction Dinner and Musical Revue. Breakfast and lunch onboard.

DAY 3 KAMLOOPS TO JASPER
Back onboard the Rocky Mountaineer follow the Thompson River north through Little Hell’s Gate. Feel the mist from Pyramid Falls and view the majesty of Mount Robson before arriving in Jasper. Transfer (included) to your hotel in the early evening. Overnight in Jasper. Breakfast and lunch onboard.

DAY 4 JASPER
Enjoy your Experience Jasper motorcoach tour. The rest of the day is yours to shop and explore this unique town. Overnight in Jasper.

DAY 5 JASPER TO LAKE LOUISE
A full-day motorcoach tour on the Icefields Parkway is highlighted by a stop at the Columbia Icefield. Ride an Ice Explorer on the Athabasca Glacier before arriving in the town of Lake Louise in the late afternoon for your overnight stay. Overnight at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise.

DAY 6 LAKE LOUISE TO BANFF
Enjoy a free morning in Lake Louise before a motorcoach transfer to Yoho National Park. Visit Emerald Lake and the Spiral Tunnels. After the tour, you will continue on to Banff for a late afternoon arrival at your hotel.

DAY 7 BANFF TO CALGARY
A morning tour of Banff includes a gondola ride to the peak of Sulphur Mountain. Transfer (included) to your Calgary hotel.

DAY 8 CALGARY
A morning check-out from your hotel ends your Western Explorer tour.
